Our customer service department will process your order the day your order is received and they will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit card verification. Once the order is shipped we will email you a confirmation with the tracking information. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses. All U.S. orders are shipped via Fed-Ex and should be received within 7-10 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Our office hours are from Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) any orders placed after our business hours will begin processing the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday.

For all orders shipped outside the United States, the billing and shipping address must be the same. Shipping will be provided via Fed-Ex or DHL. Our customer service department will contact you if we need additional information for shipping location or credit verification. The delivery period might take from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the ship to location. Any delays at customs once the parcel has reached the destination country are not under our control. Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his or her country may impose to take delivery of his or her order.
