How do I return an item?

  1. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Merchandise must not be worn, or washed or dry-cleaned.
  3. Merchandise must have all tags and labels attached and be returned in original packaging.
  4. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  5. Final Sale items may not be returned.
  6. We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
  7. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We will email you a Fed-Ex label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt.
  8. If you are qualified for a return, please complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover any original mailing address label or carrier bar-codes from the package. Drop off the package at a local Fed-Ex drop-off location. Please keep the tracking information for your reference. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return to process the transaction.
